TrustReq Referral rewards program

Welcome to the TrustReq Referral Rewards Program! We value your support and are excited to offer rewards when you help expand our community. Here’s everything you need to know about how our referral program works:

How It Works

1. Referral Eligibility:

  • Anyone with a TrustReq account can refer new users to TrustReq.

  • You do not need to be a primary account owner to make a referral.

2. Qualified Referrals:

  • For a referral to qualify for a reward, the referred user must sign up for TrustReq and become a primary account owner.

  • Referral rewards do not apply to adding new members to an existing team. The new user must create their own primary account.

3. Referral Rewards:

  • When your referral successfully becomes a primary account owner, you and your referral are both eligible for rewards.

  • The referrer will receive a $20 credit towards their TrustReq account. This credit will be deducted from their next invoice.

  • The new primary account owner will also receive a $20 credit as a welcome gift.

4. Reward Distribution:

  • The $20 credit for the referrer helps reduce their overall TrustReq fees, benefiting both team owners and their team members.

  • If the referrer is a team owner, this credit helps reduce their overall TrustReq fees, benefiting everyone on their team.

  • If the referrer is not a team owner, the credit still applies to their account and will reduce the team's next invoice.

How to Refer Someone

1. Get Your Referral Code:

  • Log in to your TrustReq account.

  • Hover your mouse over your profile in the top right hand corner of your dashboard. The referral code is also visible on your My Profile page.

2. Share Your Referral Code:

  • Share your referral code with colleagues, friends, or anyone who might benefit from using TrustReq.

3. New User Sign-Up:

  • The new user must enter your referral code during the sign-up process.

  • To qualify for the reward, the new user must become a primary account owner.

4. Earn Rewards:

  • Once the new user completes their sign-up and becomes a primary account owner, both of you will receive the $20 credit.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your accounts and reflected in your next invoice.

Program Terms and Conditions

  • Referral rewards are only applicable when the referred user becomes a primary account owner.

  • The referral program is subject to change at the discretion of TrustReq. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

  • Misuse of the referral program, such as creating fake accounts, may result in disqualification from the program and revocation of earned credits.

Thank you for being a part of the TrustReq community and for helping us grow. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team at support@trustreq.com.

Happy referring!
