Section 2.2

Handling of money by suspended licensee

2.2. (1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 2.3, a suspended licensee shall not, during the suspension receive from or on behalf of a person or group of persons any money or other property and shall not otherwise handle money or other property that is held in trust for a person or group of persons.

Exception

(2) A suspended licensee may receive from or on behalf of a person or group of persons money, (a) in payment of fees for services performed by the suspended licensee for the person or group; or (b) in reimbursement for money properly expended, or for expenses properly incurred, on behalf of the person or group.
