How much cash can a licensee accept in foreign currency?

The licensee cannot accept foreign currency that converts to more than $7,500 Canadian unless one of the exceptions set out in Section 6 of By-Law 9 applies. A licensee who receives foreign currency will be deemed to have received it in an amount converted into Canadian funds in accordance with the formula set out in Section 4(2) of By-Law 9.
