When does the limit on accepting cash apply?
A licensee must not receive or accept cash in an aggregate amount of more than $7,500 Canadian for a client file when
The licensee receives or pays funds;
The licensee transfers funds by any means; or
The licensee purchases or sells securities, real properties or business assets or entities [s. 5 of By-Law 9].
