Section 2.1

Interpretation

2.1. In this Part, “suspended licensee” means a licensee who is the subject of a suspension order; “suspension order” means an order made under the Act suspending a licensee’s licence to practise law in Ontario as a barrister and solicitor or to provide legal services in Ontario, regardless of whether the suspension begins when the order is made or thereafter.
